As part of your treatment, we request all of your past medical records and review them all in detail in order to fully understand your situation.

We act as your advocate with doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, etc until you are comfortable enough to advocate on your own.
Integrate with Specialists
We can integrate care with specialists by making any required phone calls, doing prior auths for medications, ensuring communications between specialists, etc.
We Make Time for You
We always want to make sure that you have enough time to spend with your doctor. You will be able to ask questions and establish an understanding about your diagnoses. Additionally, this increased access allows us to follow up on new studies, diagnoses, tests or questions. We also use this time to evaluate your current medication and history to eliminate any unnecessary or duplicate medications.
One of the unique options that we provide is shared medical appointments in the model of the Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic. These are educational appointment with others experiencing the same condition where you can get learn together by hearing each other's questions and experiences.
